About

The business was established in 1996 recognising that there was a need for tailor-made services, personal relationships, professionalism and a humanistic approach to Health and Safety and Human Resources. It is run by Mary Darlington, Director who also has a team of qualified Associates to call on when required. Since 1996 we have gained a reputation for straight talking, excellent technical advice and workable solutions to problems.

We work with private sector companies, Local Authorities, large multinationals, not for profit organisations and more. We are in the business of prevention as all incidents and accidents cost money, disrupt business and lead to pain and suffering for those injured.

We deal with hard safety issues (machinery issues, materials movement, chemical management etc.) and soft safety issues (human factor issues, ergonomics, stress, bullying etc.), which are becoming more relevant as work practices change.

In HR we will advise you on all aspects of Employment Law and can prepare you for a National Employment Rights Authority (NERA) Inspection. We will develop policies and procedures to assist you to retain and manage your employees. The Company is based in Enniscrone but provides services nationwide to a range of multinationals, large wholesalers, hoteliers, retailers, service industry companies, not for profit organisations and SMEs.
