The business was established in 1996 recognising that there was a need for tailor-made services, personal relationships, professionalism and a humanistic approach to Health and Safety and Human Resources. It is run by Mary Darlington, Director who also has a team of qualified Associates to call on when required.
We deal with hard safety issues (machinery issues, materials movement, chemical management etc.) and soft safety issues (human factor issues, ergonomics, stress, bullying etc.), which are becoming more relevant as work practices change.
In HR we specialise in assisting companies to retain and manage their employees.
The Company is based in Enniscrone but provides services nationwide to a range of multinationals, large wholesalers, hoteliers, retailers, service industry companies, not for profit organisations and SMEs.
